Welcome to Psalm 127

We are a Christ-centered learning community committed to high-quality education rooted in Biblical truth. Founded by families seeking a safe, God-honoring alternative to secular education, our school nurtures and protects students as they grow in Christlike maturity.

We believe education shapes the whole child's mind, character, family life, and faith. Our student-focused environment supports strong academics and spiritual development.

With a solid biblical foundation, intentional discipleship, weekly chapel, and a supportive community of like-minded families, we strive to equip the next generation to follow God’s plan.

Join us, and together we will pursue God’s plan for the next generation.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Our Mission

Psalm 127 School nurtures a Christian worldview in students through a classical liberal arts education firmly rooted in biblical truth.

Our Vision

Our vision at Psalm 127 School is to graduate individuals of strong character, equipped to make God-honoring, wise decisions throughout life.

Educational Philosophy

At Psalm 127 School, we believe education is a God-given calling that nurtures a child’s mind, body, and spirit. We hold that students flourish when challenged academically, grounded in biblical truth, supported emotionally, growing spiritually, and strengthened by a strong family-community partnership.

Classical Liberal Arts Approach

Our school uses a Classical Liberal Arts approach, blending the time-tested structure of classical education with a broad, well-rounded liberal arts foundation. Students learn to think clearly, communicate confidently, care for themselves, and view the world through a biblical lens.

Every subject and activity is grounded in biblical truth, helping students see how God’s Word speaks into all of life. We seek to cultivate Christlike character by integrating faith, discipleship, and spiritual growth into daily learning.

Biblical Integration

Self-Care & Personal Well-Being

We value each student’s emotional and mental well-being. Our goal is to develop students who are financially wise, healthy, confident, and spiritually grounded.

Family Involvement

We believe parents are central to a child’s education. We partner closely with families to strengthen home, church, and school life.

Respect & Appreciation

We teach students to honor one another as God’s creation. Respect, kindness, and gratitude shape our school culture as students learn to appreciate Western values.

Statement of Faith:

  1. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21, Psalm 19: 7, 1 Thessalonians 2:13).

  2. There is only one God, eternally existent in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

  3. We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14), His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), His miracles (John 2:11), His atoning death (Romans 5:8), His resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:3-4), His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Ephesians 1:20), and His future return in power and glory (Acts 1:11).

  4. We believe in the necessity of salvation because of the sinfulness of human nature (Romans 3:23), and that humans are justified by faith alone in Jesus Christ offered to us by God’s grace (Ephesians 2:8-9).

  5. There will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved unto the resurrection of life, and the lost unto the resurrection of condemnation (John 5:28-29).

  6. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers as the body of Jesus (1 Corinthians 12:12-13).

  7. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit who dwells in the hearts of Christians enabling them to live a godly life (Galatians 5:22-23).

  8. We believe that the term marriage has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scriptures (Genesis 2:24). We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other (1 Corinthians 7:2). We believe that God’s command is that there be no sexual intimacy outside of or apart from marriage between a man and a woman (Hebrews 13:4).

  9. God created each person as either male or female in conformity with their biological sex (Genesis 1:27). These two distinct yet complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God.

  10. We believe that life starts at conception (Psalm 139:13-16) and that every life is worth protecting because it resembles the image of God. Therefore, no one has the right to unjustly disrupt or unjustly end the life process at any stage of human development (Exodus 20:13).

*Please note that our Statement of Faith is not exhaustive of all of our beliefs, but it reflects our core convictions as an organization.

Our Roots and Destiny

Psalm 127 School was founded in 2024 to meet the growing need for genuine Christ-centered education. One that goes beyond a Christian label and truly helps students deepen their relationship with Jesus. We saw many children shaped by secular influences, yet every child is made in God’s image, and their education should reflect that truth.

We began with a small enrollment but a big vision: to make Christian education accessible, provide a safe learning environment, and pursue academic excellence rooted in biblical truth. As we grow, we plan to expand grade levels, hire more qualified Christian teachers, and establish a network of campuses while maintaining a strong Christian identity.

We are currently pursuing accreditation with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) to ensure rigorous academic and spiritual standards. As we progress, we will share updates publicly. Our mission remains clear: to nurture a Christian worldview in students through a classical liberal arts education firmly rooted in Biblical truth.

Meet the Founder

Welcome! I’m Dr. Jarrin, and I’m thrilled to share the vision of Psalm 127 School with you. Our school exists to disciple children, strengthen families, and glorify God. I invite you to connect with us, explore enrollment, or schedule a meeting to learn more about how we can partner with you in your child’s academic and spiritual growth.

Welcome!

I have been passionately involved in education for over 12 years and hold an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. I am a proud Navy and Army veteran, and I serve as the pastor of El Calvario Church in San Antonio. I am also a husband of the greatest women in the world, and father of five. I am deeply committed to raising the next generation in the knowledge and fear of the Lord.

Education is, to me, the greatest battlefield of spiritual warfare. We need faithful soldiers who are willing to obey God’s commands: protect our children, love our neighbors, and ensure that the next generation of Christian leaders is nurtured and equipped. At Psalm 127 School, my heart for discipleship and academic excellence guides everything we do, from curriculum design to daily instruction.

God bless you.
